Can a 16 year old have arthritis?

I've been having really awful pain in my hands, wrists, neck, and ankles. I did some research and my symptoms lead to arthritis. But I don't know if 16 is too young to diagnose. You see, my grandmother had arthritis for 60 years and I know that it is hereditary. The pain is constant where it feels like everything is so tense. But I can never relieve the pain. Even when I crack my bones for momentary relief, it just comes back.
