Is WRAP a good pokemon move?

I'm currently playing pokemon Gold (I like classics) and I'm training my bellsprout. It currently knows Sleep powder, Wrap, Growth, and Vine Whip and I was wondering if I should replace wrap or any other move for poison powder.
