Mac Hardware, with Windows?

For the time being, I'm stuck with a Windows Vista Home Premium. /: Nevertheless, I need to know if I can go out and get one of those nice Apple keyboards. They seem pretty convenient to use and I could fly over the keys. Still, stuck with a Windows. Anyone know if I can? Along with the Mighty or Magic Mouse (which ever one it is)?
