I fell in love with my maid and I dont know what to do....can you help?.....please read, first?

First of all, thank you for reading because I really need a sensible and thorough answer to my situation. I am a single, handsome, comfortable 35 year old bachelor. A few months ago, I hired a maid. She is 60 years old, but looks like she is 30. She comes over three days out of the week to cook and clean for me. She does a really incredible job. My stress level has reduced and relaxation seems to come easy. I flirt with her sometimes by telling her she has the nicest butt. Nevertheless, I always maintain a proper level of respect no matter how tempting it may get. She loves it when I flirt, and she tells me I am sweet all the time. Recently, whenever I do see her, we started to greet eachother with a kiss on the mouth.......no tongue although I really wouldnt mind...lol. Most of the times, she'll clean up while I am at work. This prompted me to started leaving her letters on the counter. In the last letter, I wrote about how desireable I think she is and that I sometimes fantasize about her. She never gets offended and always seems flattered. However, I really want to go further with her even though she is my maid.I don't know what to do. I want to be straight with her but I want to maintain a gentleman-like respect for her. I want her so bad and she knows it.......What should I do ????
