Can cancerous lymph nodes shrink by themselves? Please help!?

If you aren't having any of those symptoms (would lead me to think of a cancerous lymph node), you may just really been fighting an infection. I think it is a good thing you are feeling some tenderness since generally cancerous lymph nodes are not painful. I do not think cancerous lymph nodes shrink.
