Can cancerous lymph nodes shrink by themselves? Please help!?

Actually there are cases in which lymph nodes do swell and then reduce and are still cancerous. The lymph node is a trashcan for impurities in the body. The lymph system circulates just like blood circulates. The job of the lymph node is to trap the bad stuff, eat it, or store it away from the rest of the blood or tissue. So, in this sense, the lymph node can swell while doing its work, reactive, and still have cancerous cells in it which are being trapped, like they are supposed to be. It becomes a crisis when the lymph node is not able to quarantine the cancerous cells and they leak into the blood stream and make their way to say, the liver, and set up house keeping using the liver tissue for fuel. So, Yes, the lymph nodes can react due to cancerous cells, and then contain the growth to just the lymph node. There may be one lymph node in the whole body that has cancer. That is called cancer in situ. and it is curable with the right treatment.
