Do you have to get straight A's in high school to even get close to working for Google?

I am very intelligent, and my family often compliments me on my intelligence, but nevertheless, I am ashamed of myself my GPA is a paltry 3.4. Not to mention my family perceived me as a straight A student when I'm not.
