Work at tire/auto center at 16?

I turn 16 in a few days, I want to work somewhere where I can replace tires and do oil changes and such. I have experience cause my dad owned an impound yard and I've been working on cars for a looooong time. Am I qualified? Do they have a test I have to take or do they have a momentary job training?
