Just ask her out for coffee or something simple and innocuous like that. I agree that you two should get to know each other better as friends before you try to pursue romance with her. If she truly is romantically interested in you, and you two were meant to be lovers, everything will work out in due course. Otherwise, continue being "just friends" with her.
