This girl is confusing me? Help?

Sounds to me like she's a tease. What you should do is just don't contact her unless she contacts you first and be short and don't use smiley faces and take awhile to reply. If she asks you to hang out take awhile to reply and maybe, if you think it will work, say no the first time. Basically, to figure out if she actually wants you. If she does, she'll probably chase you. Good luck:)
